Go Into Your Future With Us
You Can Create It Here
Enthusiast Hydrogen Corporation is working to make history and we need key people to do it. We're looking to empower leaders to create something new. Can you see yourself here?
Brian Peck - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
LinkedIn
Brian is very much an Enthusiast - he dives deep and hands on into the concepts and projects he finds interesting. He's been at this hydrogen concept for 25 years while starting, building, and working on his own businesses as well as others. He’s had his share of successes and failures, great mentors and bad bosses, brilliant ideas and terrible execution. He's a regular guy with a visionary idea that time has caught up to.
He loves equipping, empowering, and encouraging talented people to create their futures and maximize thier areas of talent. That’s where these people and positions shine:
Ph.D Candidate Nathan Rohrbaugh - Director of Geology
LinkedIn
Nathan is our first employee owner and oversees the safety and prospecting operations for both Enthusiast Hydrogen and Enthusiast Power Corporations. He is developing the data, processes, and tools that will lead our prospecting efforts. He started as a contributor by reviewing geological data of interest to Brian. Nathan spent 13 years with The US Army Corps of Engineers and Infantry as a staff and research geologist. He excelled into leadership by harnessing data, creating tools to parse it, and building teams around a safe workplace.
He is currently completing his Doctorate and is a teaching assistant at Kent State University. Nathan's vision and talent immediately aligned with Brian's focus. Thank you Nathan for your service and sacrifice for our country! You're going to do wonderful things!
Glenn Turner - Director of Engineering
LinkedIn
Glenn is our second employee owner and oversees engineering for both Enthusiast Hydrogen and Enthusiast Power Corporations. He is continuing development of our Multi Disc Rotary Generator (MDR) - a bladeless turbine inspired by the works of Nikola Tesla and Felix Wankel to burn large amounts of natural hydrogen and methane for clean, cheap, fast electricity and heat. Glenn started as an advisor on the Tesla Turbine and the Wankel adaptations Brian proposed. He is also developing our generation and inverter technologies that will allow and enable our always-on-always-right modular approach to power generation.
He also makes very exquisite stirling engines found at www.StirlingEngine.co.uk.
Thank you Glenn for your years of making brilliant things; you're going to change the world!
Jim Greer - President
LinkedIn
Jim is our fourth employee owner and oversees the execution and direction of Enthusiast Hydrogen, Power, and Products Corporations. He comes to us after completing his role as project director of the Utah Hydrogen Hub and Chevron/Mitsubishi ACES Hydrogen Production and Storage Site; the world's largest hydrogen long term storage plant. Jim is a world class leader of
large electrical, chemical, and industrial projects with more than 30 years of high level operational experience. He was also a combat engineer for the United State Air Force and we thank him for his service to our country! Thank you for your belief in our vision and us Jim - show us the way forward!
Director - Chemical Engineering and Products
We're seeking the key lead of our chemistry and production department. Before we begin to extract hydrogen, we need to develop safety and control procedures as well as the processes to create our products. A chemical engineer seems to be the obvious choice, but there are lots of smart people who aren't chemists who probably get this. You too should contact us.
Director - Spectroscopy and Devices
We're seeking the key lead of our spectroscopy technology and device department. Our detection technology, LDLARS (Long Distance Laser Absorption and Refraction Spectroscopy) is aimed at the detection of the hydrogen atom in free air. If this is your field of work, this is your opportunity to patent several really interesting concepts and devices.
Contract and Task Opportunities
While it will take us time to grow and bring on all the talent we need, we still need help developing all aspects of our business. If you have an interest in what we are doing but
are not ready to be a director, we have short term contracts for specific tasks.
We need help in these areas:
- Geologic Data Research
- Hydrogen Safety and Standard Operating Procedures
- Government Liaison
- Chemistry and Hydrogen Products
- Laser Spectroscopy
- Hydrogen Sensing Engineering and Development
- CAD and CFD Engineers
What to Expect
Pay - because that is why you NEED to work. All director positions pay $100K-$175K per year with the normal benefits. Ownership in our company is included - the level dependent on department and director.
Compensation and equity is variable and contractual. Working hours and location are up to you; just get it done in time. All operations are directed out of our Liberty Missouri office. Let's start talking about what you WANT most to gain from a future with us.
Most of our opportunities are visionary, research, or developmental and a positive personality with a vision of your own is they key to opening the door.
We're still considered a start-up until we strike ground, but we have big desires for our partners and employees once we get our shovel and hard hat dirty.
If what we're doing isn't for you, we'd appreciate a little bit of good ol' word-of-mouth advertising to people who might dream of things like we do. We'd prefer to put every dollar we can into the people who are going to create this with us and not advertisers or resume farms.
