Go Into Your Future With Us

You Can Create It Here

Enthusiast Hydrogen™ Corporation is working to make history and we need key people to do it. We're looking to empower leaders to create something new. Can you see yourself here?

Brian Peck - President and Chief Operating Officer

Brian is very much an Enthusiast - he dives deep and hands on into the concepts and projects he finds interesting. As mentioned, he's been at this hydrogen concept for 25 years. He’s had his share of successes and failures, great mentors and bad bosses, brilliant ideas and terrible execution. He's a regular guy with a visionary and timely idea that took a while for the world to catch up to. He’s no doctor or master of the crafts needed to make this vision a reality but he loves equipping, empowering, and encouraging talented people to create their futures. Think as yourselves as puzzle pieces and he's the puzzle maker. He's collecting pieces and putting them into the right places to make a beautiful vision. That’s where these people and positions shine:

Ph.D Candidate Nathan Rohrbaugh - Director of Geology

Nathan is our first employee owner and oversees the safety and prospecting operations for both Enthusiast Hydrogen and Enthusiast Power Corporations. He is developing the data, processes, and tools that will lead our prospecting efforts. He started as a contributor by reviewing geological data of interest to Brian. Nathan spent 13 years with The US Army Corps of Engineers and Infantry as a staff and research geologist. He excelled into leadership by harnessing data, creating tools to parse it, and building teams around a safe workplace. He is currently completing his Doctorate and is a teaching assistant at Kent State University. Nathan's vision and talent immediately aligned with Brian's focus. Thank you Nathan for your service to our country! You're going to do wonderful things!

Glenn Turner - Director of Engineering

Glenn is our second employee owner and oversees engineering for both Enthusiast Hydrogen and Enthusiast Power Corporations. He is continuing development of our Multi Disc Rotary Generator (MDR) - a bladeless turbine inspired by the works of Nikola Tesla and Felix Wankel to burn very large amounts of natural Gold Hydrogen for clean, cheap, fast electricity and heat. Glenn started as an advisor on the Tesla Turbine and the Wankel adaptations Brian proposed and corrected. He is also developing our generation and inverter technologies that will allow and enable our always-on-always-right modular approach to power generation. These core concepts separate our vision and ecosystem from others who wish to enter the hydrogen combustion space. He also makes very exquisite machines and toys that we will highlight very soon. Thank you Glenn for your years of making brilliant things; you're going to change the world!

Jesse Shroyer - Director of Communication and Collaboration

Jesse is our third employee owner and serves as the central communications point for our 3 companies – Enthusiast Hydrogen, Power, and Products Corporations. She joins us with a shared vision of collaborating with the innovative and forward thinking companies in the natural hydrogen space as well as bringing outside technologies into our ecosystem. Jesse’s experience in resource management, finance, and regulatory affairs at various start-ups and established companies provided grit and determination as very valuable characteristics. Most importantly, she is a good person with a vision of her own who is trying to bring the next generation into vogue with class, good work ethic, and collaborative spirit. Thank you Jesse for your guidance and direction. We can’t wait for you to tell the world about us!

Chief Executive Officer

Brian wants to work hands on with the teams and companies needed to develop the concepts and technologies that will drive our existence. To do so, he wishes to find the executor of this operation. Ideally this person will be deeply talented in startup, seed, series, and IPO stages of high tech companies. A deep knowledge of oil and gas operations, chemical and energy markets, and ideally some hydrogen background is preferred. Since most of what we're doing is new, your own unique vision of our concepts and ability to execute it successfully is paramount. If you enjoy assembling massive puzzles from the pieces you make, this may be the opportunity for you.

Director - Chemistry

We're seeking the key lead of our chemistry and production department. Before we begin to extract hydrogen, we need to develop safety and control procedures as well as the processes to create our products. A chemical engineer seems to be the obvious choice, but there are lots of smart people who aren't chemists who probably get this. You too should contact us.

Director - Spectroscopy and Devices

We're seeking the key lead of our spectroscopy technology and device department. Our detection technology, LDLARS (Long Distance Laser Absorption and Refraction Spectroscopy) is aimed at the detection of the hydrogen atom in free air. If this is your field of work, this is your opportunity to patent several really interesting concepts and devices.

Contract and Task Opportunities

While it will take us time to grow and bring on all the talent we need, we still need help developing all aspects of our business. If you have an interest in what we are doing but are not ready to be a director, we have short term contracts for specific tasks.

We need help in these areas:
- Geologic Data Research
- Hydrogen Safety and Standard Operating Procedures
- Government Liaison
- Chemistry and Hydrogen Products
- Laser Spectroscopy
- Hydrogen Sensing Engineering and Development
- CAD and CFD Engineers

What to Expect

Pay - because that is why you NEED to work. All director positions pay $100K-$175K per year with the normal benefits. Ownership in our company is included - the level dependent on department and director. Compensation and equity is variable and contractual. Working hours and location are up to you; just get it done in time. All operations are directed out of our Liberty Missouri office. Let's start talking about what you WANT most to gain from a future with us.

Most of our opportunities are visionary, research, or developmental and a positive personality with a vision of your own is they key to opening the door. We're still considered a start-up until we strike ground, but we have big desires for our partners and employees once we get our shovel and hard hat dirty.

If what we're doing isn't for you, we'd appreciate a little bit of good ol' word-of-mouth advertising to people who might dream of things like we do. We'd prefer to put every dollar we can into the people who are going to create this with us and not advertisers or resume farms.
